Set Up Environment

To fully utilize the Automatic Announcement System, it’s crucial to prepare your environment for uninterrupted functionality. Before starting the announcement queue, make sure your setup is ready:

• Speakers are powered on and connected.
• Your browser tab remains open and active.
• The PC or device is plugged in and will not turn off or go to sleep.
• Device is in silent mode to avoid interruptions from notifications or alarms.
• Stable connection to the venue’s sound system.

Selecting a Controller

If your arena has multiple speakers or zones, you can select a specific controller before proceeding. This allows you to play announcements only on the chosen controller, ensuring each area receives the correct messages without overlap.

Navigate to the Announcement Queue

Once your environment is set up and the appropriate controller is selected, go to the Announcement Queue menu under the Automatic Announcements navigation in the left sidebar.

You will land on the Automatic Announcement Queue page, where all the announcements will be queued and managed.

Features of the Announcement Queue

• View Queued Announcements: All announcements waiting to be played will appear in the queue.
• Cancel Individual Announcements: You can manually cancel specific announcements if needed.
• Clear the Entire Queue: Remove all not-yet-announced items with a single action.
• Replay Announcements: Replay previously delivered announcements by clicking the Play button next to the corresponding row.

With these tools, you can ensure smooth and adaptable communication throughout your tournament.
