Competitor registration will take place on the Kumite Technology platform: https://app.kumitetechnology.com/en/tournament/195/
Competitor registration will be active from March 14 to April 10, 2025. After this date, it will not be possible to add additional participants.

General Terms of Participation and Admission to the Tournament

Competitors must pay a registration fee of PLN 100 or €25. The registration fee must be paid by a bank transfer to the Shinkyokushin Karate Kobierzyce Association's bank account:

Every competitor needs to possess a valid personal accident insurance provided by their home club.
Teams consisting of any number of competitors may participate in the Tournament.
If there are too few competitors in specific weight categories, there is a possibility of merging with another weight category.
Each team must provide at least one referee.
There will be on 3 or 4 Tatamis.
Trophies and diplomas will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in all categories. There will be no fights for the 3rd place.
Each registered team is required to have their own helmets and chest protectors (hogus).
Competitors must have their own cotton shin and instep guards, cotton fist guards, and groin protectors.
In the age categories 2018 – 2017 and 2016 – 2015, only the following techniques are allowed to the Jodan area: Mawashi Geri, Uchi Mawashi Geri, and Kake Mawashi Geri, with controlled impact force.
In all other categories, all kicking techniques are permitted according to WKO regulations, but with controlled impact force.
Individual participants that do not present themselves when called within 1 minute will be disqualified.
